Concrete Batching Plants

Concrete Batching Plant Installation

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, HAWK PLANT handles the installation process. After a detailed site survey, we provide a layout plan for concrete placement. Once the foundation is prepared, the installation begins.

The assembly starts with the main frame, which may be delivered pre-assembled or disassembled depending on the plant type. Once the installation is complete, the plant is mounted on its concrete base using a crane, and the concrete anchors ensure stability. Silos are installed next, positioned and fixed on the concrete foundation as per the plan.

Helices, responsible for transferring cement to the plant, are connected between the main chassis and silos at the appropriate angles. The aggregate bunker and feed belt are then placed on the concrete floor, completing the installation process. After calibration of the load cells, the automation system is checked, and the plant is ready for its first production run.

Following successful testing, the concrete plant is handed over to the customer. For additional convenience, the plant's operation and efficiency can be monitored remotely through the automation system.

Crushing and Screening Facilities
